Psalm 13 in Kannada

1. 1

   ಓ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಎಷ್ಟರ ವರೆಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮರೆಯುವಿ? ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಮರೆಯು ವಿಯೋ? ಎಷ್ಟರ ವರೆಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಮರೆಮಾಡುವಿ?

   To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?

   ಎಷ್ಟರ ವರೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದುಃಖವನ್ನೂ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು? ಎಷ್ಟರ ವರೆಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುವು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು?

   How long shall I take counsel in my soul, [having] sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

3. 3

   ನನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಓ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ನನಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಡು; ನಾನು ಮರಣದ ನಿದ್ದೆಮಾಡದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ

   Consider [and] hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the [sleep of] death;

4. 4

   ನನ್ನ ಶತ್ರುವು--ಅವನನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದೆನೆಂದು ಹೇಳದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ನಾನು ಕದಲುವಾಗ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸುವವರು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಪಡದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡು.

   Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; [and] those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

   ನಾನಾದರೋ ನಿನ್ನ ಕರುಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿ ಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ಉಲ್ಲಾ ಸಪಡುವದು.ನಾನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಹಾಡುವೆನು; ಆತನು ನನಗೆ ಮೇಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

   But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

6. 6

   ನಾನು ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಹಾಡುವೆನು; ಆತನು ನನಗೆ ಮೇಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

   I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
