Earlier this week

1. ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನಾನೇ ಮಾರ್ಗವೂ ಸತ್ಯವೂ ಜೀವವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿ ಹೊರತು ಯಾರೂ ತಂದೆಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

   Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

2. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಪಾಪದ ಸಂಬಳ ಮರಣ. ಆದರೆ ದೇವರ ದಾನವು ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವವು.

   For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

3. ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ಇನ್ನಾರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆಕಾಶದ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನಮಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

   Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

4. ನೀನು ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸು ವನ್ನು ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡಿ ದೇವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿದರೆ ನಿನಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗುವದು ಎಂಬದೇ. ಹೃದಯದಿಂದ ನಂಬುವದರ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀತಿಯು ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡುವದರ ಮೂಲಕ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

   That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

5. ತರುವಾಯ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಆತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನಾನು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸಾರಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಬೇಕು? ಏಳು ಸಾರಿಯೋ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು. ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಏಳು ಸಾರಿಯಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಏಳೆಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾರಿ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ;

   Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

6. ನಾನಾಗಿ ನಾನೇ ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನಿನ್ನ ದ್ರೋಹಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾಪ ಗಳನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿಡೆನು.

   I, [even] I, [am] he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.
