அதற்குப்பின் அரசன் யோசியா, “அங்கு நான் காண்கிற சவக்குழியில் நடப்பட்டிருக்கிற கல் எதைக் குறிக்கிறது?” என்று கேட்டான். அந்தப் பட்டணத்து மனிதர் அதற்குப் பதிலாக, “நீர் இப்பொழுது செய்த இதே செயல்களை பெத்தேலின் பலிபீடத்துக்கு எதிராக முன்னறிவித்த, யூதாவிலிருந்து வந்த இறைவனின் மனிதனின் கல்லறையைக் குறிப்பதே அது” என்று கூறினார்கள்.

யோசியா, “நான் பார்க்கும் அந்த நினைவு சின்னம் என்ன?” என்று கேட்டான். நகர ஜனங்கள் அவனிடம், “இது யூதாவிலிருந்து வந்த ஒரு தேவமனிதரின் (தீர்க்கதரிசியின்) கல்லறை. பெத்தேல் என்னும் பலிபீடத்தில் நீ செய்தவற்றைப் பற்றி இவர் முன்னரே கூறியுள்ளார்” என்றனர்.

Then he said, What title [is] that that I see? And the men of the city told him, [It is] the sepulchre of the man of God, which came from Judah, and proclaimed these things that thou hast done against the altar of Beth-el.

4. 18அதற்கு அவன்: இருக்கட்டும், ஒருவனும் அவன் எலும்புகளைத் தொடவேண்டாம் என்றான்; அப்படியே அவன் எலும்புகளைச் சமாரியாவிலிருந்து வந்த தீர்க்கதரிசியின் எலும்புகளோடு விட்டுவிட்டார்கள்.
