3. 16ஆனாலும், அவன் உன்னிடத்தில் நன்மைபெற்று, உன்னையும் உன் குடும்பத்தையும் நேசிப்பதினால்: நான் உன்னைவிட்டுப் போகமாட்டேன் என்று உன்னுடனே சொல்வானேயாகில்,
4. 17நீ ஒரு கம்பியை எடுத்து, அவன் காதைக் கதவோடே சேர்த்துக் குத்துவாயாக; பின்பு அவன் என்றைக்கும் உனக்கு அடிமையாயிருக்கக்கடவன்; உன் அடிமைப்பெண்ணுக்கும் அப்படியே செய்யக்கடவாய்.
5. 18அவனை விடுதலையாக்கி அனுப்பிவிடுவது உனக்கு விசனமாய்க் காணப்படவேண்டாம்; இரட்டிப்பான கூலிக்கு ஈடாக ஆறு வருஷம் உன்னிடத்தில் சேவித்தானே; இப்படி உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் நீ செய்யும் எல்லாவற்றிலும் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிப்பார்.
