அரசனுடைய கட்டளைப்படியே எல்லா விருந்தாளிகளும் தாங்கள் விரும்பியபடி குடிப்பதற்கு அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தார்கள். ஏனெனில், அரசன் தனது திராட்சை இரசப் பொறுப்பாளர்கள் எல்லோருக்கும், ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனும் கேட்கும் அளவு திராட்சை இரசத்தைப் பரிமாறும்படி அறிவுறுத்தியிருந்தான்.
