4. 18நீரும் உம்மோடே இருக்கிற ஜனங்களும் தொய்ந்துபோவீர்கள்; இது உமக்கு மிகவும் பாரமான காரியம்; நீர் ஒருவராய் அதைச் செய்ய உம்மாலே கூடாது.
5. 19இப்பொழுது என் சொல்லைக் கேளும், உமக்கு ஒரு ஆலோசனை சொல்லுகிறேன்; தேவனும் உம்மோடுகூட இருப்பார், நீர் தேவசந்நிதியிலே ஜனங்களுக்காக இரும்; விசேஷித்தவைகளைத் தேவனிடத்தில் கொண்டுபோய்;
