3. 22யாபோக்மட்டும், வனாந்தரம்துவக்கியோர்தான்மட்டும் இருக்கிற எமோரியரின் எல்லையையெல்லாம் சுதந்தரமாய்க்கட்டிக்கொண்டார்கள்.
4. 23இப்படி இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் எமோரியரைத் தம்முடைய ஜனமாகிய இஸ்ரவேலுக்கு முன்பாகத் துரத்தியிருக்க, நீர் அந்த தேசத்தைக் கட்டிக் கொள்ளத்தகுமா?
5. 24உம்முடைய தேவனாகிய காமோஸ் உமக்கு முன்பாகத் துரத்துகிறவர்களின் தேசத்தை நீர் கட்டிக்கொள்ளமாட்டீரோ? அப்படியே எங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் எங்களுக்கு முன்பாகத் துரத்துகிறவர்களின் தேசத்தையெல்லாம் நாங்களும் கட்டிக்கொள்ளுகிறோம்.
