Psalm 125 in Tamil

1. 1

   கர்த்தரை நம்புகிறவர்கள் என்றென்றைக்கும் அசையாமல் நிலைத்திருக்கும் சீயோன் பர்வதத்தைப்போல் இருப்பார்கள்.

   A Song of degrees. They that trust in the LORD [shall be] as mount Zion, [which] cannot be removed, [but] abideth for ever.

2. 2

   பர்வதங்கள் எருசலேமைச் சுற்றிலும் இருக்குமாப்போல், கர்த்தர் இதுமுதல் என்றென்றைக்கும் தம்முடைய ஜனத்தைச் சுற்றிலும் இருக்கிறார்.

   As the mountains [are] round about Jerusalem, so the LORD [is] round about his people from henceforth even for ever.

3. 3

   நீதிமான்கள் அநியாயத்திற்குத் தங்கள் கைகளை நீட்டாதபடிக்கு, ஆகாமியத்தின் கொடுங்கோல் நீதிமான்களுடைய சுதந்தரத்தின்மேல் நிலைத்திராது.

   For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

4. 4

   கர்த்தாவே, நல்லவர்களுக்கும் இருதயத்தில் செம்மையானவர்களுக்கும் நன்மைசெய்யும்.

   Do good, O LORD, unto [those that be] good, and [to them that are] upright in their hearts.

5. 5

   தங்கள் கோணலான வழிகளுக்குச் சாய்கிறவர்களைக் கர்த்தர் அக்கிரமக்காரரோடே போகப்பண்ணுவார். இஸ்ரவேலுக்கோ சமாதானம் உண்டு. (ஆரோகண சங்கீதம்.)

   As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: [but] peace [shall be] upon Israel.
