22तब परमेश्वन का यह वचन परमेश्वर के जन शमायाह के पास पहुंचा कि यहूदा के राजा सुलैमान के पु,ा रहूबियाम से,
23और यहूदा और बिन्यामीन के सब घराने से, और सब लोगों से कह, यहोवा यों कहता है,
24कि अपने भाई इस्राएलियों पर चढ़ाई करके युठ्ठ न करो; तुम अपने अपने घर लौट जाओ, क्योंकि यह बात मेरी ही ओर से हुई है। यहोवा का यह वचन मानकर उन्हों ने उसके अनुसार लौट जाने को अपना अपना मार्ग लिया।
25तब यारोबाम एप्रैम के पहाड़ी देश के शकेम नगर को दृढ़ करके उस में रहने लगा; फिर वहांसे निकलकर पनूएल को भी दृढ़ किया।
