3. 32और उस ने उन सभों से जो यरूशलेम में और बिन्यामीन में थे वैसी ही वाचा बन्धाई। और यरूशलेम के निवासी, परमेश्वर जो उनके पितरों का परमेश्वर था, उसकी वाचा के अनुसार करने लगे।
4. 33और योशिरयाह ने इस्राएलियों के सब देशों में से सब घिनौनी वस्तुओं को दूर करके जितने इस्राएल में मिले, उन सभों से उपासना कराई; अर्थात् उनके परमेश्वर सहोवा की उपासना कराई। और उसके जीवन भर उन्हों ने अपने पूवजों के परमेश्वर यहोवा के पीछे चलना न छोड़ा।
