उन्हों ने कहा झूठ है, हमें बता दे। उस ने कहा, उस ने मुझ से कहा तो बहुत, परन्तु मतलब यह है कि यहोवा यों कहता है कि मैं इस्राएल का राजा होने के लिये तेरा अभिषेक कर देता हूँ।

Unhom ne kahaa jhooth hai, hamem bataa de. Us ne kahaa, us ne mujh se kahaa to bahut, parantu matalab yah hai ki yahovaa yom kahataa hai ki maim israael kaa raajaa hone ke liye teraa abhishek kar detaa hoon.

King James Version (KJV): And they said, [It is] false; tell us now. And he said, Thus and thus spake he to me, saying, Thus saith the LORD, I have anointed thee king over Israel.

13तब उन्हों ने झट अपना अपना वस्त्रा उतार कर उसके तीचे सीढ़ी ही पर बिछाया, और नरसिंगे फूंककर कहने लगे, येहू राजा है।
14यों येहू जो निमशी का पोता और यहोशापात का पुत्रा था, उस ने योराम से राजद्रोह की गोष्ठी की। ( योराम तो सब इस्राएल समेत अराम के राजा हजाएल के कराण गिलाद के रामोत की रक्षा कर रहा था;
