यदि राजा को स्वीकार हो तो उन्हें नष्ट करने की आज्ञा लिखी जाए, और मैं राज के भणडारियों के हाथ में राजभणडार में पहुंचाने के लिलये, दस हजार किक्कार चान्दी दूंगा।

Yadi raajaa ko sveekaar ho to unhem nasht karane kee aajnyaa likhee jaae, aur maim raaj ke bhanadaariyom ke haath mem raajabhanadaar mem pahunchaane ke lilaye, das hajaar kikkaar chaandee doongaa.

King James Version (KJV): If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed: and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring [it] into the king’s treasuries.

7राजा क्षयर्ष के बारहवें वर्ष के नीसान नाम पहिले महीने में, हामान ने अदार नाम बारहवें महीने तक के एक एक दिन और एक एक महीने के लिये "पूर" अर्थात् चिट्ठी अपने साम्हने डलवाई।
8और हामान ने राजा क्षयर्ष से कहा, तेरे राज्य के सब प्रान्तों में रहनेवाले देश देश के लोगों के मध्य में तितर बितर और छिटकी हुई एक जाति है, जिसके नियम और सब लोगों के नियमों से भिन्न हैं; और वे राजा के कानून पर नहीं चलते, इसलिये उन्हें रहने देना राजा को लाभदायक नहीं है।
9यदि राजा को स्वीकार हो तो उन्हें नष्ट करने की आज्ञा लिखी जाए, और मैं राज के भणडारियों के हाथ में राजभणडार में पहुंचाने के लिलये, दस हजार किक्कार चान्दी दूंगा।
10तब राजा ने अपनी अंगूठी अपने हाथ से उतारकर अगागी हम्मदाता के पुत्रा हामान को, जो यहूदियों का वैरी था दे दी।
11और राजा ने हामान से कहा, वह चान्दी तुझे दी गई है, और वे लोग भी, ताकि तू उन से जैसा तेरा जी चाहे वैसा ही व्यवहार करे।
