11फिर जब यहोवा उस शपथ के अनुसार, जो उस ने तुम्हारे पुरखाओं से और तुम से भी खाई है, तुम्हे कनानियों के देश में पहुंचाकर उसको तुम्हें दे देगा,
12तब तुम में से जितने अपनी अपनी मां के जेठे हों उनको, और तुम्हारे पशुओं में जो ऐसे हों उनको भी यहोवा के लिये अर्पण करना; सब नर बच्चे तो यहोवा के हैं।
13और गदही के हर एक पहिलौठे की सन्ती मेम्ना देकर उसको छुड़ा लेना, और यदि तुम उसे छुड़ाना न चाहो तो उसका गला तोड़ देना। पर अपने सब पहिलौठे पुत्रों को बदला देकर छुड़ा लेना।
