2. 29यह पत्री सपन्याह याजक ने यिर्मयाह भविष्यद्वक्ता को पढ़ सुनाई।
3. 30तब यहोवा का यह वचन यिर्मयाह के पास पहुंचा कि सब बंधुओं के पास यह कहला भेज,
4. 31यहोवा नेहेलामी शमायाह के विषय यों कहता है कि शमायाह ने मेरे बिना भेजे तुम से जो भविष्यद्वाणी की और तुम को झूठ पर भरोसा दिलाया है,
5. 32इसलिये यहोवा यों कहता है, कि सुनो, मैं उस नेहेलामी शमायाह और उसके वंश को दण्ड दिया चाहता हूँ; उसके घर में से कोई इन प्रजाओं में न रह जाएगा। (३३) और जो भलाई मैं अपनी प्रजा की करनेवाला हूँ, उसको वह देखने न पाएगा, क्योंकि उस ने यहोवा से फिर जाने की बातें कही हैं, यहोवा की यही वाणी है।
