22अर्थात् वह अनौन से यब्बोक तक और जंगल से ले यरदन तक एमोरियों के सारे देश का अधिकारी हो गया।
23इसलिये अब इस्राएल के परमेश्वर यहोवा ने अपनी इस्राएली प्रजा के साम्हने से एमोरियों को उनके देश से निकाल दिया है; फिर क्या तू उसका अधिकारी होने पाएगा?
24क्या तू उसका अधिकारी न होगा, जिसका तेरा कमोश देवता तुझे अधिकारी कर दे? इसी प्रकार से जिन लोगों को हमारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हमारे साम्हने से निकाले, उनके देश के अधिकारी हम होंगे।
25फिर क्या तू मोआब के राजा सिप्पोर के पुत्रा बालाक से कुछ अच्छा है? क्या उस ने कभी इस्राएलियों से कुछ भी झगड़ा किया? क्या वह उन से कभी लड़ा?
