ಆಗ ಅರಸನಾದ ದಾವೀದನು--ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಚಾದೋಕನನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ನಾತಾನನನ್ನೂ ಯೆಹೋಯಾದಾವನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬೆನಾಯನನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆಯಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
Aaga arasanaada daaveedanu--yaajakanaada chaadokanannoo pravaadiyaada naataananannoo yehoyaadaavana maganaada benaayanannoo nanna balige kareyiri andanu.

- 31ಆಗ ಬತ್ಷೆಬೆಳು ಮುಖವನ್ನು ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬೊಗ್ಗಿಸಿ ಅರಸನನ್ನು ವಂದಿಸಿ--ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆ ಯನೂ ಅರಸನೂ ಆದ ದಾವೀದನು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಬಾಳಲಿ ಅಂದಳು.
- 32ಆಗ ಅರಸನಾದ ದಾವೀದನು--ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಚಾದೋಕನನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ನಾತಾನನನ್ನೂ ಯೆಹೋಯಾದಾವನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬೆನಾಯನನ್ನೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆಯಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
- 33ಅವರು ಅರಸನ ಸಮ್ಮುಖಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಅರಸನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯಜಮಾನನ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡುಹೋಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಹೇಸರಕತ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಏರಿಸಿ ಗೀಹೋನಿಗೆ ಅವ ನನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿರಿ.
- 34ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಚಾದೋಕನೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ನಾತಾನನೂ ಅವ ನನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರಸನಾಗಿರಲು ಅಭಿ ಷೇಕಿಸಲಿ. ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನು ಊದಿ--ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನನ್ನು ದೇವರು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲಿ ಅನ್ನಿರಿ.
