ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ ಕೋಪದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲನ್ನು ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವೂ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ನೆಬಾಟನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯಾರೊಬ್ಬಾಮನ ಮನೆಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಅಹೀಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಬಾಷನ ಮನೆಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಮಾಡುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.

- 23ಈಜೆಬೆಲ ಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಕರ್ತನು--ನಾಯಿಗಳು ಈಜೆಬೆಲಳನ್ನು ಇಜ್ರೇಲಿನ ಗೋಡೆಯ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿನ್ನುವವು.
- 24ಅಹಾಬನವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಗೆ ಯಾವನು ಸಾಯುವನೋ ಅವನನ್ನು ನಾಯಿಗಳು ತಿನ್ನುವವು; ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವವನನ್ನು ಆಕಾಶದ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ತಿನ್ನುವವು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ ಅಂದನು.
