ಆಗ ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನೂ ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕೂಡಿದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೆಲ್‌ ಸಭೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಮಂಜೂ ಷದ ಮುಂದೆ ನಿಂತು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದದರಿಂದ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಸಲಾಗದಷ್ಟು ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪಶುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿ ದರು.

- 6ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾಜಕರು ಕರ್ತನ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಂಜೂಷವನ್ನು ಮಹಾಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳವೆಂಬ ದೈವೋ ಕ್ತಿಯ ಮಂದಿರದ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದು ಕೆರೂಬಿಗಳ ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಅದರ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟರು.
- 7ಕೆರೂಬಿಗಳು ಎರಡು ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂಷವಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಮೇಲೆ ಚಾಚಿದ್ದವು. ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಕೆರೂಬಿಗಳು ಮಂಜೂಷವನ್ನೂ ಅದರ ಕೋಲುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ್ದವು.
