ಆದರೆ ಅವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ ರಿಂದ ಅವನು--ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನೇ, ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಬೂಲ್‌ ದೇಶವೆಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟನು. ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದೇ ಹೆಸರು.

- 11ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ವರುಷಗಳಾದ ತರುವಾಯ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಆ ಎರಡು ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಅಂದರೆ ಕರ್ತನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಅರಮನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ತೀರಿಸಿ ದನು. ಆಗ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಗಲಿಲಾಯ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೀರಾಮನಿಗೆ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
- 12ಆಗ ಹೀರಾಮನು ತೂರಿನಿಂದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ತನಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಬಂದನು.
- 13ಆದರೆ ಅವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ ರಿಂದ ಅವನು--ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರನೇ, ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಬೂಲ್‌ ದೇಶವೆಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟನು. ಇಂದಿನವರೆಗೂ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದೇ ಹೆಸರು.
- 14ಹೀರಾಮನು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ನೂರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ತಲಾಂತುಗಳ ಚಿನ್ನವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು.
- 15ಅರಸನಾದ ಸೊಲೊಮೋನನು ಬಿಟ್ಟೀ ಆಳುಗ ಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿದ ಕಾರಣವೇನಂದರೆ, ಕರ್ತನ ಮಂದಿರ ವನ್ನೂ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮಿಲ್ಲೋವನ್ನೂ ಯೆರೂಸ ಲೇಮಿನ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹಾಚೋರನ್ನೂ ಮೆಗಿದ್ದೋ ನನ್ನೂ ಗೆಜೆರನ್ನೂ ಕಟ್ಟುವದಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರವೇ.
