ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವನೊಬ್ಬನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಇವರ ತಂದೆ ಯಾರು ಅಂದನು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಸೌಲನು ಸಹ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೋ ಎಂಬ ಸಾಮತಿ ಉಂಟಾ ಯಿತು.
Adakke alliyavanobbanu pratyuttaravaagi--ivara tande yaaru andanu. Aadadarinda saulanu saha pravaadigalalli iddaano emba saamati untaa yitu.

- 11ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಅವನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸುವದನ್ನು ಕಂಡಾಗ ಅವರು ಒಬ್ಬರ ಸಂಗಡ ಒಬ್ಬರು--ಕೀಷನ ಮಗನಿಗೆ ಬಂದದ್ದು ಇದೇನು? ಸೌಲನೂ ಸಹ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೋ ಅಂದರು.
- 12ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವನೊಬ್ಬನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಇವರ ತಂದೆ ಯಾರು ಅಂದನು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಸೌಲನು ಸಹ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದಾನೋ ಎಂಬ ಸಾಮತಿ ಉಂಟಾ ಯಿತು.
- 13ಅವನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿ ತೀರಿಸಿದ ತರುವಾಯ ಗುಡ್ಡದ ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದನು.
- 14ಆಗ ಸೌಲನ ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪನು--ನೀವು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋದಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಅವನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕನನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳಿದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕವನು--ಕತ್ತೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವದಕ್ಕೆ; ಅವುಗಳು ಕಾಣದೆ ಹೋದ ದರಿಂದ ಸಮುವೇಲನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋದೆವು ಅಂದನು.
