3. 8ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿ ಗಿಲ್ಗಾಲಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದುಹೋಗಬೇಕು; ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ದಹನಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಬಲಿ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವೆನು. ನೀನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವ ವರೆಗೂ ನೀನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳು ದಿವಸ ಕಾದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಅಂದನು.
4. 9ಅವನು ಸಮುವೇಲನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗಲು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿದಾಗ ಏನಾಯಿತಂದರೆ, ದೇವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು; ಆ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಗುರುತುಗಳು ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದವು.
5. 10ಅವನು ಆ ಗುಡ್ಡಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳ ಗುಂಪು ಅವನೆದುರಿಗೆ ಬಂತು; ಆಗ ದೇವರ ಆತ್ಮನು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸಿದನು.
