ಆದರೆ ಸಮೂಹವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ್ತೂ ಏಳು ದಿವಸ ಆಚರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಮೇಲೆ ಏಳು ದಿವಸಗಳು ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು.

- 21ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹುಳಿ ಇಲ್ಲದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಏಳು ದಿವಸ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಲೇವಿ ಯರೂ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಮಹಾಶಬ್ದದ ವಾದ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಹಾಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿದರು.
- 22ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನು ಕರ್ತನ ಉತ್ತ ಮವಾದ ಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಿದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಲೇವಿ ಯರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನು. ಅವರು ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಏಳು ದಿನಗಳ ಪರ್ಯಂತರ ಭೋಜನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಆಚರಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
- 23ಆದರೆ ಸಮೂಹವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮತ್ತೂ ಏಳು ದಿವಸ ಆಚರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೋಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಮೇಲೆ ಏಳು ದಿವಸಗಳು ಸಂತೋಷವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು.
- 24ಯೆಹೂದದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಹಿಜ್ಕೀಯನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಸಾವಿರ ಹೋರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಏಳು ಸಾವಿರ ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನರು ಕೂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾವಿರ ಹೋರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಕುರಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಯಾಜಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕರು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡರು.
- 25ಯೆಹೂದದ ಸಭೆಯವರೆ ಲ್ಲರೂ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಲೇವಿಯರೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಸಭೆಯೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಪರದೇಶಿಗಳೂ ಯೆಹೂದದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವವರೂ ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು.
