ನಾನು ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಯೌವನ ಸ್ಥರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನೂ ಕತ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನೂ ನನಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸು ಅಂದಳು.

- 22ನಾನು ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಹೋಗಿ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಯೌವನ ಸ್ಥರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನನ್ನೂ ಕತ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನೂ ನನಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸು ಅಂದಳು.
- 23ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು--ಇಂದು ಅಮಾವಾಸ್ಯೆ ಯಲ್ಲ, ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತೂ ಅಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕೆ ನೀನು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೀ ಅಂದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕವಳು --ಒಳ್ಳೇದಾಗಿರುವದು ಅಂದಳು.
- 24ಆಗ ಅವಳು ಕತ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ತಡಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಿಗೆ --ನಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗು; ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ವರೆಗೂ ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಸವಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತಡಮಾಡ ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕರ್ಮೆಲು ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೇವರ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಳು.
