ಅವರು ಇವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಬಂದಾಗ ಎಲೀಷನು--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಈ ಜನರನ್ನು ಕುರುಡರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಿದನು. ಆಗ ಎಲೀಷನ ಮಾತಿನ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕುರುಡರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

- 19ಆಗ ಎಲೀ ಷನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಇದು ಆ ಮಾರ್ಗವಲ್ಲ, ಇದು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣವಲ್ಲ, ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ; ನೀವು ಹುಡುಕುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಮಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಡಿಸಿದನು.
