1. 8ಆಗ ಅರಸನು ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೆ--ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗು; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.
2. 9ಆದರೆ ತೆಕೋವಿನ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ--ಅರಸನಾದ ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನೇ, ಆ ಅಕ್ರಮವು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮನೆಯ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಇರಲಿ; ಅರಸನೂ ಅವನ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನವೂ ನಿರಾಪರಾಧವಾಗಿರಲಿ ಅಂದಳು.
3. 10ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅರಸನು--ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಹೇಳಿದರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರ ಕೊಂಡು ಬಾ; ಅವನು ಇನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಮುಟ್ಟದಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.
4. 11ಆಗ ಅವಳು--ರಕ್ತ ವಿಚಾರಕನು ಇನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಮಾಡು; ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡ ಬಾರದು ಅಂದಳು. ಅದಕ್ಕವನು--ಕರ್ತನ ಜೀವ ದಾಣೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನ ತಲೆಯ ಕೂದಲಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದರೂ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೀಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.
5. 12ಆಗ ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು--ಅರಸನಾದ ನನ್ನ ಒಡೆಯನ ಸಂಗಡ ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸಿಯು ಒಂದು ಮಾತನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಅಂದಳು.
