ನೀವು ಭಾವಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಇವರು ಕುಡಿದು ಅಮಲೇರಿ ದವರಲ್ಲ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈಗ ಹಗಲು ಮೂರು (ಒಂಭತ್ತು) ಗಂಟೆಯಾಗಿದೆಯಷ್ಟೆ.

- 14ಆದರೆ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ಮಂದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎದ್ದು ನಿಂತು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾದ ಸ್ವರದಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ-- ಯೂದಾಯದವರೇ, ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ ವಾಗಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರೇ, ಈ ವಿಷಯ ನಿಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ.

- 16ಆದರೆ ಇದು ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ಯೋವೇಲನಿಂದ ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದೇನಂದರೆ--
- 17ಕಡೇ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಸುರಿಸುವೆನು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರೂ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸು ವರು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ದರ್ಶನಗಳಾ ಗುವವು; ನಿಮ್ಮ ವೃದ್ಧರಿಗೆ ಕನಸುಗಳು ಬೀಳುವವು ಎಂದು ದೇವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
