3. 25ನಂಬಿರುವ ಅನ್ಯಜನರ ವಿಷಯವಾದರೋ ವಿಗ್ರಹಕ್ಕೆ ನೈವೇದ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದನ್ನೂ ರಕ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಕುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಿಸುಕಿ ಕೊಂದದ್ದನ್ನೂ ಹಾದರವನ್ನೂ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ದೂರವಾಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂಬದಾಗಿ ನಾವು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ಬರೆದೆವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
4. 26ಆಗ ಪೌಲನು ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಮರುದಿನ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಣದ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಪೂರೈಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವೆಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸುವಂತೆ ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದನು.
5. 27ಆ ಏಳು ದಿವಸಗಳು ತುಂಬುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಆಸ್ಯ ದಿಂದ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರು ಅವನನ್ನು ದೇವಾಲ ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡು ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಉದ್ರೇಕಿಸಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು--
