3. 20ಹತಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದ ಸ್ತೆಫನನ ರಕ್ತವು ಸುರಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾಗ ನಾನು ಸಹ ಹತ್ತಿರ ನಿಂತು ಅವನ ಸಾವಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿದವನಾಗಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೊಂದವರ ವಸ್ತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆನು.
4. 21ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಆತನು--ಹೋಗು, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ದೂರಕ್ಕೆ ಅನ್ಯಜನರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವೆನು ಎಂದು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದನು.
