ನೀವಾದರೋ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಂಪು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಅರಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

- 40ನೀವಾದರೋ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಕೆಂಪು ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಅರಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
- 41ನೀವು ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ನನಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದೆಲ್ಲಾದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಾವು ಹೋಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಂದಿರಿ. ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯುದ್ಧದ ಆಯುಧಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವದು ಸಣ್ಣಕೆಲಸವೆಂದು ನೆನಸಿದಿರಿ.
- 42ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ--ಹೋಗಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡ ಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆಯ ಲ್ಪಡುವಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳು ಅಂದನು.
