ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ--ಎದ್ದು ಜನರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೊರಡು; ಅವರು ಹೋಗಿ ನಾನು ಅವರ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇ ನೆಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
Kartanu nanage--eddu janara munde horadu; avaru hogi naanu avara pitrugalige kodutte nendu pramaanamaadida deshavannu svaadheenamaadi kollali andanu.

- 11ಕರ್ತನು ನನಗೆ--ಎದ್ದು ಜನರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೊರಡು; ಅವರು ಹೋಗಿ ನಾನು ಅವರ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇ ನೆಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ ಅಂದನು.
- 12ಈಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಟ್ಟು ಆತನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಆತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣಹೃದಯದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಾಣದಿಂದಲೂ ಸೇವೆಮಾಡಿ
- 13ನಾನು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವ ಕರ್ತನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಆತನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅನು ಸರಿಸುವದೇ ಹೊರತು ಮತ್ತೇನು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾಗಿ ರುವ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ?
