1. 18ಆದದರಿಂದ ಈ ನನ್ನ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಅವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಹಣೆಕಟ್ಟಾಗಿರಲಿ.
2. 19ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತಿರುವಾಗಲೂ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವಾಗಲೂ ಮಲಗುವಾಗಲೂ ಏಳುವಾಗಲೂ ಅವುಗಳ ವಿಷಯ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
3. 20ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಕಂಬಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಗಲುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಅವು ಗಳನ್ನು ಬರೆಯಬೇಕು.
4. 21ಹೀಗಾದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ದಿವಸ ಗಳೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ದಿವಸಗಳೂ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶದ ದಿವಸಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವವು.
5. 22ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವ ಈ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀವು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ಅವುಗಳಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿ ಆತನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿಕೊಂಡರೆ
