2. 8ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ಈಹೊತ್ತು ನಿನಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವ ಈ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೀನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿ ಕೈಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಆತನ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಾಗಿ
3. 9ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇರೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತಾರಮಾಡಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ ದೇಶವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ
4. 10ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುವ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪರಾಧವಿಲ್ಲದ ರಕ್ತವು ಚೆಲ್ಲಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ರಕ್ತಾಪ ರಾಧವು ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಾರದ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ಈ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಮೂರು ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
5. 11ಆದರೆ ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನನ್ನು ಹಗೆಮಾಡಿ ಅವನಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೊಂಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಸಾಯುವ ವರೆಗೂ ಹೊಡೆದು ಅವನು ಸತ್ತದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಓಡಿ ಹೋದರೆ
