- 17ಅವನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ವಳ ಮಗನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾದ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಪಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅವನೇ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲನೆಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನೇ ಅವನ ಬಲದ ಆರಂಭವು; ಅವನಿಗೆ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲತನದ ಹಕ್ಕು ಉಂಟು.
- 18ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಮೊಂಡನೂ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬೀಳುವ ವನೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಮಗನಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ತಂದೆಯ ಮಾತನ್ನು ತಾಯಿಯ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳದೆಯೂ, ಅವರು ಅವನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಹೇಳುವ ಮಾತನ್ನೂ ಕೇಳದೆಯೂ ಹೋದರೆ
- 19ಅವನ ತಂದೆ ತಾಯಿಗಳು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಅವನ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಬಾಗಲಿನ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದು
- 20ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ--ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಗನು ಮೊಂಡನೂ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬೀಳುವವನೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳದವನೂ ಹೊಟ್ಟೇ ಬಾಕನೂ ಕುಡಿಯುವವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.
- 21ಆಗ ಅವನ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರು ಅವನು ಸಾಯುವಹಾಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಲೆಸೆಯಬೇಕು; ಹೀಗೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕ ಬೇಕು; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಭಯ ಪಡುವರು.
