ಅವನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಹೋರಿಯಂತೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಭೆ ಇರುವದು; ಅವನ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳು ಕಾಡುಕೋಣಗಳ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಂತೆ ಇವೆ. ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಅಂತ್ಯಗಳ ವರೆಗೆ ನೂಕುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವು ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾಮನ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರಗಳೂ ಇವು ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ಸಹಸ್ರವೂ ಆಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

- 17ಅವನ ಚೊಚ್ಚಲ ಹೋರಿಯಂತೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಭೆ ಇರುವದು; ಅವನ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳು ಕಾಡುಕೋಣಗಳ ಕೊಂಬುಗಳಂತೆ ಇವೆ. ಅವುಗಳಿಂದ ಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಅಂತ್ಯಗಳ ವರೆಗೆ ನೂಕುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಇವು ಎಫ್ರಾಯಾಮನ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರಗಳೂ ಇವು ಮನಸ್ಸೆಯ ಸಹಸ್ರವೂ ಆಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
- 18ಅವನು ಜೆಬುಲೂನನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ--ಜೆಬು ಲೂನನೇ, ನೀನು ಹೊರಡುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಪಡು. ಇಸ್ಸಾಕಾರನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಗುಡಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷ ಪಡು.
- 19ಅವರು ಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆಯುವರು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನೀತಿಯ ಬಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವರು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಸಮುದ್ರಗಳ ಉಗ್ರಾಣವನ್ನೂ ಮರಳಿನ ಗುಪ್ತವಾದ ದ್ರವ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಹೀರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
