ಅವರು ಆ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯಾಗಿ ಬರೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.ಅಂಚೆ ಯವರು ಅರಸನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯಿಂದ ತ್ವರೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದರು. ಶೂಷನ್‌ ಅರಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಆಜ್ಞೆಯು ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು. ಅರಸನೂ ಹಾಮಾನನೂ ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡರು. ಆದರೆ ಶೂಷನ್‌ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ತಳ ಮಳಗೊಂಡಿತು.

- 13ಒಂದೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದರೆ ಅಡಾರ್‌ ತಿಂಗಳೆಂಬ ಹನ್ನೆರಡನೇ ತಿಂಗಳ ಹದಿಮೂರನೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ಕಿರಿಯರೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳೂ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರೂ ಸಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕು ವದಕ್ಕೂ ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಅವರ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಹೊಡೆಯುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಅರಸನ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂಚೆಯವರ ಮೂಲಕ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಗಳು ಕಳುಹಿಸ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವು.
