19ಅವನು ಎದ್ದು ಕೋಲೂರಿಕೊಂಡು ತಿರುಗಾಡು ವಾಗ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೊಡೆದವನು ಅಪರಾಧವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು. ಅವನ ನಷ್ಟವಾದ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಅವನನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು.
20ಒಬ್ಬನು ದಾಸನನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ದಾಸಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಸಾಯು ವಂತೆ ತನ್ನ ಕೋಲಿನಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು.
21ಆದರೂ ಅವನು ಒಂದೆರೆಡು ದಿನಗಳು ಉಳಿದರೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬಾರದು. ಅವನು ಅವನ ಸೊತ್ತು.
22ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಜಗಳವಾಡುತ್ತಿರಲಾಗಿ ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಯಾದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೆ ಏಟು ತಗಲಿದದರಿಂದ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಗರ್ಭ ಸ್ರಾವವೇ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ಹಾನಿಯೂ ಆಗದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಗಂಡನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮತಿಯಿಂದ ಎಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತು ಮಾಡು ತ್ತಾನೋ ಹೊಡೆದವನು ಅಷ್ಟನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
