ಮೋಶೆಯು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಹೇಗಂದರೆ, ಆತನು ಫರೋಹನಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನ ಜನರಿಂದಲೂ ನೊಣಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿ ದನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದರೂ ಉಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.ಆದರೆ ಫರೋಹನು ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ ಜನರನ್ನು ಹೋಗ ಗೊಡಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.

Mosheyu helidanteye kartanu maadidanu. Hegandare, aatanu pharohanindaloo avana sevakarindaloo avana janarindaloo nonagalannu tegeduhaaki danu. Alli ondaadaroo uliyalilla.aadare pharohanu aa samayadalliyoo tanna hrudayavannu kathinamaadikondaddallade janarannu hoga godisalilla.

29ಆಗ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡುವೆನು. ನೊಣಗಳು ನಾಳೆ ಫರೋಹನನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಜನರನ್ನೂ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗುವವು. ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಯಜ್ಞವನ್ನರ್ಪಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಫರೋಹನು ಜನರನ್ನು ಕಳು ಹಿಸದೆ ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ವಂಚಿಸಬಾರದು ಅಂದನು.
30ತರುವಾಯ ಮೋಶೆಯು ಫರೋಹನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಿ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡನು.
31ಮೋಶೆಯು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಕರ್ತನು ಮಾಡಿದನು. ಹೇಗಂದರೆ, ಆತನು ಫರೋಹನಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನ ಜನರಿಂದಲೂ ನೊಣಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿ ದನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾದರೂ ಉಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.ಆದರೆ ಫರೋಹನು ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ ಜನರನ್ನು ಹೋಗ ಗೊಡಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
32ಆದರೆ ಫರೋಹನು ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ತನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಠಿಣಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ ಜನರನ್ನು ಹೋಗ ಗೊಡಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
