ಆದದರಿಂದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಹಾಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಸು; ಪರ್ವತ ಗಳಿಗೂ ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳಿಗೂ ಹಳ್ಳಕೊಳ್ಳಗಳಿಗೂ ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾ ದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ, ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ --ಇಗೋ, ಅನ್ಯಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ಅವಮಾನವನ್ನು ನೀನು ಹೊತ್ತದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ರೋಷದಿಂದಲೂ ರೌದ್ರ ದಿಂದಲೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

5ಆದದರಿಂದ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ರೋಷದ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಯಿಂದ ಅನ್ಯಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದವರಿಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಎದೋಮಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅವರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೃದಯದ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದಲೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಗೆಯ ಮನೋಭಾವದಿಂದಲೂ ನನ್ನ ದೇಶ ವನ್ನು ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕುವ ಹಾಗೆ ತಮಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

7ಆದದರಿಂದ ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ--ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಲಿ ರುವ ಅನ್ಯಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ತಾವಾಗಿಯೇ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರುವರು.
8ಆದರೆ ಓ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಪರ್ವತಗಳೇ, ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಜನರಾದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಫಲಕೊಡುವಿರಿ; ಅವರ ಬರುವಿಕೆಯು ಸವಿಾಪವಾಗಿದೆ.
