1. 13ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ -- ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್ಯರ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಅನ್ಯ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳೊಳಗೆ ತಿನ್ನುವರು. ಆಗ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಓಡಿಸಿ ಬಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.
2. 14ಆಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು--ಹಾ! ದೇವ ರಾದ ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಇಗೋ, ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವು ಅಶುದ್ಧವಾಗ ಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಂದಿನಿಂದ ಇಷ್ಟರವರೆಗೂ ತನ್ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಾನೇ ಸತ್ತಿರುವದನ್ನು ಅಥವಾ ಹರಿದು ಚೂರು ಚೂರಾಗಿರುವದನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯ ವಾದ ಮಾಂಸವನ್ನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಯ ಹತ್ತಿರ ತಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದೆನು.
3. 15ಆಗ ಆತನು ನನಗೆ--ಇಗೋ, ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಮಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಹಸುವಿನ ಸಗಣಿಯನ್ನು ನಿನಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಬಹುದು ಅಂದನು.
4. 16ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ನನಗೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಪುತ್ರನೇ, ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ನದಾನವನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುವೆನು. ಅವರು ತೂಕದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಜಾಗರೂಕತೆಯಿಂದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನುವರು. ನೀರನ್ನು ಅಳತೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಕುಡಿಯುವರು.ಅವರಿಗೆ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೀರಿನ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟು ಒಬ್ಬರ ಸಂಗಡ ಒಬ್ಬರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕ್ಷಯಿಸಿ ಹೋಗುವರು.
