ಯಾಕೋಬನು ಕಣ್ಣೆತ್ತಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಏಸಾವನು ನಾನೂರು ಮಂದಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಸಂಗಡ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಲೇಯಳಿಗೂ ರಾಹೇಲಳಿಗೂ ಇಬ್ಬರು ದಾಸಿಯರಿಗೂ ಅವರವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
Yaakobanu kannetti nodidaaga igo, esaavanu naanooru mandi manushyara sangada baruttiddanu. Aaga avanu leyaligoo raahelaligoo ibbaru daasiyarigoo avaravara makkalannu oppisi avarannu bere bere maadidanu.
