ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದಾಗ ಆಕೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಮಾವನಿಗೆ--ಇವು ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನವೋ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಂದಲೇ ನಾನು ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಈ ಮುದ್ರೆಯೂ ಕಡಗಗಳೂ ಕೋಲೂ ಯಾರವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೋ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಳು.
Aakeyannu horage tandaaga aakeyu tanna maavanige--ivu yaava manushyanavo aa manushyanindale naanu garbhiniyaagiddene. Aadadarinda ee mudreyoo kadagagaloo koloo yaaravendu tiliduko endu kelikondalu.

- 25ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ತಂದಾಗ ಆಕೆಯು ತನ್ನ ಮಾವನಿಗೆ--ಇವು ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನವೋ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಂದಲೇ ನಾನು ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಈ ಮುದ್ರೆಯೂ ಕಡಗಗಳೂ ಕೋಲೂ ಯಾರವೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೋ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಳು.
- 26ಆಗ ಯೆಹೂದನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ--ಆಕೆಯು ನನಗಿಂತ ನೀತಿವಂತಳು, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಾದ ಶೇಲಹನಿಗೆ ಅವಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು. ಅವನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅರಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.
- 27ಅವಳು ಹೆರುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಗೋ, ಅವಳಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆಕೆಯ ಗರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು. ಆಕೆಯು ಹೆರುವಾಗ ಒಂದು (ಮಗುವು) ತನ್ನ ಕೈಚಾಚಿತು.
