ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವವರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅರಸನಾದ ನೆಬೂಕದ್ನೆಚ್ಚರನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವನ ಸೇವಕರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಾನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅದರ ತರುವಾಯ ಅದು ಪೂರ್ವದ ಕಾಲಗಳಂತೆ ನಿವಾಸ ವಾಗುವದೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.

- 27ಆದರೆ ನೀನು, ಓ ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬನೇ, ನೀನು ಭಯ ಪಡಬೇಡ; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲೇ, ದಿಗ್ಭ್ರಮೆಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡ; ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ದೂರದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಸೆರೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೋದ ದೇಶ ದಿಂದಲೂ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವೆನು; ಯಾಕೋಬನು ತಿರುಗಿ ಬಂದು ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯಾಗಿಯೂ ಸುಖವಾಗಿಯೂ ಇರುವನು; ಅವನನ್ನು ಭಯಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರೂ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ.ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬನೇ, ನೀನು ಭಯಪಡ ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ; ನಾನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಸಿ ದೆನೋ ಆ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಶಮಾಡು ತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದಲೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸದೇ ಬಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
- 28ನನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬನೇ, ನೀನು ಭಯಪಡ ಬೇಡವೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ; ನಾನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ; ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಸಿ ದೆನೋ ಆ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಾಶಮಾಡು ತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ನ್ಯಾಯದಿಂದಲೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಿಸದೇ ಬಿಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ.
