ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಬಾಬೆಲಿನ ಅಸನು ಚಿದ್ಕೀಯನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಹಾಕಿಸಿ, ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿತ್ತಾಳೆಯ ಸಂಕೋಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿ, ಬಾಬೆಲಿಗೆ ಒಯ್ದು ಅವನು ಸಾಯುವ ದಿನದ ವರೆಗೆ ಸೆರೆಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟನು.

- 13ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯವನ್ನೂ ಅರಸನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ದೊಡ್ಡವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಟ್ಟು ಬಿಟ್ಟನು;
