2ಕತ್ತಲೆಯೂ ಮೊಬ್ಬೂ ಉಳ್ಳ ದಿವಸವೂ; ಮೇಘವೂ ಕಾರ್ಗತ್ತಲೂ ಉಳ್ಳ ದಿವಸ ವೂ; ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಾಸಿರುವ ಉದಯದ ಹಾಗಿದೆ. ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಲವಾದ ಜನವು; ಅದರ ಹಾಗೆ ಎಂದೂ ಇದ್ದದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದರ ತರುವಾಯ ತಲತಲಾಂತರಗಳ ವರುಷಗಳ ವರೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನು ಇರುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
3ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ದಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜ್ವಾಲೆ ಸುಡುತ್ತದೆ; ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ದೇಶವು ಏದೆನ್‌ ತೋಟದ ಹಾಗಿದೆ; ಅವರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹಾಳಾದ ಕಾಡು; ಹೌದು, ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವದೂ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾರದು.
4ಅವರ ಆಕಾರವು ಕುದುರೆಗಳ ಆಕಾರದ ಹಾಗಿದೆ; ಸವಾರರ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಓಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
5ಪರ್ವತಾಗ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಥಗಳ ಶಬ್ದದಂತೆ ಹಾರುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಕೂಳೆಯನ್ನು ದಹಿಸುವ ಬೆಂಕಿಯ ಜ್ವಾಲೆಯ ಶಬ್ದದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾದ ಬಲವುಳ್ಳ ಜನರ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ
6ಅವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಜನರು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ನೊಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಖಗಳು ಕಳೆಗುಂದುತ್ತವೆ.
