2. 17ಆಗ ಕೆನಜನ ಮಗನೂ ಕಾಲೇಬನ ಸಹೋದರನೂ ಆದ ಒತ್ನೀಯೇಲನು ಅದನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದನು. ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಮಗಳಾದ ಅಕ್ಷಾಳನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
3. 18ಅವಳು ಬಂದಾಗ ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯಿಂದ ಒಂದು ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿ ತಾನು ಕತ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನಿಂದ ಇಳಿದಳು. ಆಗ ಕಾಲೇಬನು ಅವಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ--ನಿನಗೆ ಏನು ಬೇಕು ಅಂದನು.
4. 19ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಳು--ನನಗೆ ಒಂದು ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಕೊಡು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನನಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿ; ನೀರು ಬುಗ್ಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ನನಗೆ ಕೊಡು ಅಂದಳು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೆಳಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನೀರು ಬುಗ್ಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
