ಕರ್ತನ ದೂತನು ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವಾಗ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವರವೆತ್ತಿ ಅತ್ತರು.

- 5ಆ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬೋಕೀಮ್‌ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
- 6ಯೆಹೋಶುವನು ಜನರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಾಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಧೀನಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋದರು.
