ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು. ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕರ್ತನ ಯಜ್ಞಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೂ ಇವು ಸಲ್ಲತಕ್ಕವುಗಳು. ಹೀಗೆ ನಾನು ಆಜ್ಞೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

- 14ನೀನೂ ನಿನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರೂ ಆಡಿಸುವ ಎದೆಯ ಭಾಗವನ್ನೂ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕಿಸಿದ ಭುಜವನ್ನೂ ಶುದ್ಧ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿನ್ನಬೇಕು; ಅವು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಬಲಿಯ ಯಜ್ಞಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನಗೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರರಿಗೂ ಸಲ್ಲುವವುಗಳಾಗಿವೆ.
