ಯೂದಾಯದ ಅರಸನಾದ ಹೆರೋದನ ದಿನ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಬೀಯನ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಜಕರಿಯನೆಂದು ಹೆಸರಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯಾಜಕನಿದ್ದನು. ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯು ಆರೋನನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವಳು. ಆಕೆಯ ಹೆಸರು ಎಲಿಸಬೇತ್‌.

- 7ಎಲಿಸಬೇತಳು ಬಂಜೆಯಾದದರಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕ ಳಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಬಹಳ ಪ್ರಾಯಹೋದವರಾ ಗಿದ್ದರು.
