ಅವರು ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಸವಿಾಪಿಸು ತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಆತನು ಮುಂದೆ ಹೋಗುವವನಂತೆ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.

- 29ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈಗ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ ವಾಗುತ್ತಾ ಇದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹಗಲು ಬಹಳ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಳೆಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಬಲವಂತ ಮಾಡಿ ದರು. ಆಗ ಆತನು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೋದನು.
- 30ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡಿರಲು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ ಮುರಿದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
