ತರುವಾಯ ಆತನು ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಸೀಮೋನ ನಿಗೆ--ಈ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದೆಯಾ? ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀನು ನೀರು ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಇವಳಾದರೋ ನನ್ನ ಪಾದ ಗಳನು ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿನಿಂದ ತೊಳೆದು ತನ್ನ ತಲೇಕೂದಲಿನಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒರೆ

- 42ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರನ್ನೂ ಯಥಾರ್ಥ ವಾಗಿ ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟನು. ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವರು ಎಂಬದನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳು ಅಂದನು.
- 43ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮೋನನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಅವನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಕ್ಷಮಿಸಿದನೋ ಅವನೇ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನೆನಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು. ಆಗ ಆತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೀನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ತೀರ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿದಿ ಅಂದನು.
- 44ತರುವಾಯ ಆತನು ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಸೀಮೋನ ನಿಗೆ--ಈ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದೆಯಾ? ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ ನನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀನು ನೀರು ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಇವಳಾದರೋ ನನ್ನ ಪಾದ ಗಳನು ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿನಿಂದ ತೊಳೆದು ತನ್ನ ತಲೇಕೂದಲಿನಿಂದ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಒರೆ
- 45ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಮುದ್ದು ಕೊಡಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಒಳಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗಿನಿಂದ ಈ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ನನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುದ್ದಿಡುವದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಲಿಲ್ಲ.
- 46ನನ್ನ ತಲೆಗೆ ನೀನು ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಹಚ್ಚಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಈ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ನನ್ನ ಪಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ತೈಲವನ್ನು ಹಚ್ಚಿದ್ದಾಳೆ.
